Time: 8:00 PM
Headliner: Todd Rundgren
Venue: Aladdin Theater, 3017 SE Milwaukie Ave, Portland, OR 97202, USA
Recommended arrival: At least 30 minutes before showtime
One of Portland’s oldest running concert venues. Relatively small so everything feels pretty intimate compared to stadium shows and some of the bigger venues.
Good sound great sightlines and good beer. Prices are reasonable for tickets and you can buy tickets at the box office and avoid extra charges.
FYI – for sold out shows, parking can be problematic. Mass transit and car services might be a better bet than driving around in circles in a tiny little streets.
Also, there’s a couple of good restaurants nearby to make a night of it.
Highly recommend !
I always love going to any event put on at the Aladdin Theatre. This iconic piece of Portland's history is a must go to and see.
There's two bars on the main floor and a sweet balcony with plenty of seating.
The staff at the Aladdin are also a big draw!
Paul, their friendly and funny doorman/security starts it off with a big WELCOME greeting and a SMILE to match, ensuring your groovy trip "back in time" experience.
This venue, the Aladdin Theater, is always an awesome place to see a show. Unique, charming, intimate. They really do need to replace their seats though, "old and warn out" is being kind. I get keeping the historic original look and feel, but there are companies that can reproduce and retrofit "new" seats. Sitting 2 hours on broken springs deters from the overall enjoyment.
